21 days of bloggers life

Yes, am going to be writing without miss for the rest of the 21 days. It is not like I will discontinue later, but I may possibly skip on some odd days.  Now wondering why 21 days, it was a suggestion from a friend of mine who thinks I need to write more often (I have been lazy and did not write much) and I think so too. Ok what do we write about for 21 days is a big question to ask for, anything and everything I want to write goes in here. Let me try to write something about myself first, am a simple super complicated girl. I think just like everyone else. Now you wonder how someone can be simple yet super complicated, ho it is very easy. Let’s take an example you have a pile of unwashed clothes, its bright sunny morning, no power cut, enough water, washing machine is in good working condition, all supplies required for washing are also available but you are lazy to put the clothes to wash and dry them. My understanding about food is based on colours, more colours tastier the food is. All colour veggies and fruits are edible according to me (bitter gourd is an exception, but sometime I eat that as well).   This is an extravagant coloured smoothie, natural colours of course. I do not include any processed or artificial colour in my food and so all colours come from either the fruits or veggies. The onset of summer brings bright sun along with heat; best way to beat this heat is to bring body temperature down naturally. Do not go for cool drinks as the sugar rush isn’t good for health. Now let me be honest not all of us like greens, at least I personally hate green in any form. But it is healthy and so I forcefully surrender. This is green juice I have been talking lately. This is real health booster but tastes terrible; I have been drinking this juice from past 3years almost.  I don't give this juice to the little one as it is too much for her to even taste; everything in this is raw bitter and no good taste at all. However the health benefits are endless.  Anyone planning on weight loss this drink works magic however diet is very important in this process. Try this juice for a month with a strict diet it works. If diabetic I suggest trying this juice alternate day for a week then check results you will be shocked how the sugar levels are in control without much struggle. Sailing smooth with my Smoothies.

If your are following me on facebook or instagram you might have know by now that I am basically having smoothies on most of my days. Ho yes, I did skip on some random days. Here am trying to push myself to get to consume food in raw form more than cooked. I was not born vegetarian or Vegan, yes once upon a time I used to have non vegetarian food, but that was too long ago. I was hardly 7 or 8yrs old when I actually stopped taking non veg food. Since then my diet has been vegetarian food but some of the dairy was still entering my body then in the form of sweets and icecreams. Untill few years ago when i learnt the art of managing to enjoy the luxury of the kind of food I like only in vegan way. I have been giving myself enough pleasure with the food I take that it becomes easier to be moral to what I eat and be honest about it. This is a protein rich smoothie, adding chia seeds is optional here as you will see that I have not added it to my share of smoothie. I had first tasted store bought peanut butter and it just did not suit my palate. Yes the amount of sugar in it did not go well for me and that is when the search for all natural peanut began. Ho yes I have tried making peanut butter at home and it had turned out well. but as usual lazy me takes over sometimes and I go on to store bought ones, it is always advised to see ingredients before you purchase peanut butter from stores. Only ingredient should be PEANUTS and nothing else. Well some of the brands do sell with sweetener added to it, so i suggest check and buy as per your needs. Now coming to making this yummy smoothie, let me first tell you it is more on the crunchy side than smooth one.
