The green juice
Now
let me be honest not all of us like greens, at least I personally hate green in
any form. But it is healthy and so I forcefully surrender. This is green juice
I have been talking lately. This is real health booster but tastes terrible; I
have been drinking this juice from past 3years almost.
I
don't give this juice to the little one as it is too much for her to even taste;
everything in this is raw bitter and no good taste at all. However the health
benefits are endless.
Anyone
planning on weight loss this drink works magic however diet is very important
in this process. Try this juice for a month with a strict diet it works.
If
diabetic I suggest trying this juice alternate day for a week then check
results you will be shocked how the sugar levels are in control without much
struggle.
Things
required for this juice.

cup spinach leaves
1
cup fenugreek leaves
1
inch Ginger
1
inch turmeric root
Juice
of 1 medium sized lemon
1 cucumber
It is suggested to blend all the ingredients expect lemon until
smooth. Add the lemon juice at the end then enjoy your drink.
This is how I do first blend
greens with ginger and turmeric with some water into fine juice; and then
strain it to get a thick concoction. I filter it twice to get max juice of it.
Then blend this green concoction with cucumber and later add the lemon juice.
I suggest you try my method as you won't get the fibre of the
greens when you drink also somehow I feel better drinking this way. I stress to
say again this does not taste anything close to even being good. You might feel
churning in your stomach, so try this juice on empty stomach. Initially try
adding more cucumber into this juice and as you get used to it reduce the
quantity of cucumber.
No sugar or salt must be added also must be consumed immediately,
do not store.
