Yes, am going to be writing without miss for the rest of the 21 days. My understanding about food is based on colours, more colours tastier the food is. All colour veggies and fruits are edible according to me (bitter gourd is an exception, but sometime I eat that as well).   This is an extravagant coloured smoothie, natural colours of course. Here am trying to push myself to get to consume food in raw form more than cooked.
