Miracle drink
Out of all the fluids consumed water is the divine drink for the body mind and soul. Yes we ignore the fact that our life depends mainly on water, while our bodies are made up of water mostly.
It is the elixir of life and we all know about it. But do we all know how to drink water, am not an expert here but I will share my experience and routine of consuming water. It has helped me in many ways to be healthy, I hope it helps those who are reading it as well. Following is my routine.
9-10 glasses of water everyday. One glass is approx 250ml.
1 - on empty stomach, immediately after I brush.
2 - before workout, this is mainly done in next hour.
3 - after workout and before my breakfast.
4 - an hour after breakfast.
5 - next glass 30mins before lunch.
6 - an hour after lunch.
7 - an hour before dinner.

Now you might ask what about rest of it, yes I drink them as well. The above mentioned were followed religiously and the rest of them I make reasons to drink.
Let me explain, we drink water either when we are thirsty, tired or when we have some spicy food not otherwise. As we feel the water as it is tasteless also makes us visit our friendly toilet so often that we skip taking water. But if you choose fun and tasty method of drinking water you won't regret I swear.
This is how I drink my water, I infuse flavour into my water so that makes it more exciting to drink. Also i try to take water sip by sip often, this makes easier for me to take in my daily quota of water. Often I would take fresh mint with lemon in water, however you can make variations as well. I will share the water infusions in the next post with pictures.
