Miracle drink
Out of all the fluids consumed water is the divine drink for the body mind and soul. Yes we ignore the fact that our life depends mainly on water, while our bodies are made up of water mostly. It is the elixir of life and we all know about it. But do we all know how to drink water, am not an expert here but I will share my experience and routine of consuming water. It has helped me in many ways to be healthy, I hope it helps those who are reading it as well. Following is my routine. 9-10 glasses of water everyday. One glass is approx 250ml. 1 - on empty stomach, immediately after I brush. 2 - before workout, this is mainly done in next hour. 3 - after workout and before my breakfast. 4 - an hour after breakfast. 5 - next glass 30mins before lunch. 6 - an hour after lunch. 7 - an hour before dinner. Now you might ask what about rest of it, yes I drink them as well. The above mentioned were followed religiously and the rest of them I make reasons to drink. ...
